It is with great sadness we learned of the death today, Thursday 25th October 2018, of Mr Maurice Noonan, Ard Mhuire, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly Newbliss, (Lisdaragh), Co. Monaghan.
Predeceased by his wife Sheila (née McElgunn) and son Vincent; Mr Noonan passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, while in the wonderful care of the staff of the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his son Pat: daughter in law Mary (née Keenan, Newbliss); his grandchilden Martin, Patricia and Sean; great grand children; nephews; nieces; sister-in-law Kitty; cousins; extended relatives; neighbours and many good friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Noonan will lie in repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Friday 26th October from 5.00pm to 7.00pm, to arrive at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles at 7.30pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday morning, October 27th, at 11.00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
