It is with great sadness that we learned of the death today, Saturday 8th September 2018, of Mrs Josephine Ryan (née Gleeson), Rathbeg, Gortnahoe, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Moher, Upperchurch, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mrs Ryan passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her grandchild Ryan Patrick; her passing is most deeply regretted by her husband Paddy; sons P.J., Raymond, Dermot, Vincent and Mark; daughter Siobhan; son-in-law Leigh; daughter-in-law Rena; grandchildren Darren, Alex, Eimear, Josie and Jamie; brothers Con, Matt and Frank; sisters Christine, Nora and Sarah; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; extended relatives and a wide circle of friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Ryan will repose at her residence on Monday evening from 4.00pm until 8.00pm.
Removal will take place on Tuesday morning to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Gortnahoe, Thurles, to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Interment will follow immediately afterwards in the Good Shepherd Cemetery.
