Family and friends of Mr Will Tiernan, pictured left, have issued an urgent appeal in an attempt to trace the missing Nenagh native, since he was last seen in the very early hours of Tuesday morning.
The Tipperary man was last seen, at approximately 2.00am, on Tuesday morning on Denmark Street in Limerick city.
A psychiatric nurse; we understand that Mr Tiernan had been out with colleagues at the Icon Nightclub on Monday and it remains completely out of character for him not to report for roistered workplace duty in Limerick.
We understand that the photo shown above, on left, was taken on the night he disappeared. He was also still wearing the same casual style jumper, when he was last observed by his work colleagues.
Mr Tiernan is 5ft 8ins in height and of slight build with blue eyes and brown hair.
A widespread social media appeal has now begun and anyone with information as to his present whereabouts, is asked to contact Henry Street, Garda Station in Limerick on Tel: (061) 212400, any Garda Station, or the Garda Confidential Line on Tel: 1800-666-111.
