In the late 40’s early 50’s an unfortunate individual locally known as Pat Morrow, apparently a residue of WW1, roamed Thurles in an apparent manic condition. As kids we took a certain satisfaction in calling him names. I never knew anything about him, but in all these years I’ve never forgotten this poor individual. Does anyone in Thurles or surrounding areas know what became of poor Pat Morrow?????
