Gardaí are seeking help from the public in their efforts to locate a missing man, named as Mr Martin Heffernan.
The 49-year-old male was last seen on Friday, March 11th at St James’ Hospital in Dublin.
Mr Heffernan is understood to live in Chester in England, but is originally a native of Co. Tipperary.
The missing man is described as being 6ft-1in in height with short brown hair and most usually clean shaven. He wears glasses and walks with a slight but noticeable limp.
When last observed, he was wearing a black suit, black shoes and a light coloured shirt and was believed to be carrying a back-pack.

UPDATE: We are happy to report that Mr Martin Heffernan has been located and is reported to be safe and well.
