Thurles Deaths October 5th & 6th 2015

HANLY.

It is with sadness we learned of the death, on Monday 5th October 2015, of Mr Sean Hanly
St. Theresa’s Nursing Home, Thurles, Tipperary / Rossmore, Co. Tipperary.

Formerly of Kilcrowe, Rossmore, Cashel, Mr Hanly was predeceased by his sister Eileen and brother-in-law Paddy. His passing is most sadly regretted by his sisters Carmel, Sheila and Maureen, brother-in-law Vincent, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Hanly will repose at Egan’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Thurles on today Wednesday from 5:30pm, with removal at 7:00pm to St. Joseph’s and St. Brigid’s Church, Bothar Na Naomh, Thurles, to arrive at 7:30pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday morning at 10:00am, with burial afterwards in Rossmore Cemetery.

BOURKE.

It is with sadness we learned of the death, on Tuesday 6th October 2015, of Mr Michael (Mick) Bourke, Allengort, Drombane, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Mr Bourke passed away in the loving care of the Matron and Staff of Padre Pio Nursing Home, Holycross, Thurles; deeply regretted by his loving wife Margaret (Peg), daughter Josie Berkery (Cappamore), son Michael, daughter-in-law Geraldine, son-in-law Michael, grandchildren Micheal, Darragh and Michael, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Bourke will repose at O’Dwyer’s Funeral Home, Upperchurch, Thurles on today Wednesday from 5:00pm with removal at 8:00pm to St. Mary’s Church, Drombane, Thurles.
Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday at 11.30am, with burial afterwards in Kilvalure Cemetery.

LAFFAN.

It is with sadness we learned of the death, on Monday 5th October 2015, of Mr William (Billy) Laffan, Kilcurkee, Castleiney, Thurles, Co. Tipperary

Mr Laffan passed away suddenly, deeply regretted by his loving wife Mai, sons John, Brian, Declan, daughter Eimear, daughters-in-law Catherine, Clodagh, Caroline, brothers, John, Tommy, Michael, Pat, sister Eileen, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Laffan will repose at Grey’s Funeral Home, Templemore, Co. Tipperary, on today Wednesday from 4:00pm. Removal will take place at 7:30pm to the Church of St. John the Baptist, Castleiney to arrive at 8.15pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday at 11:30am with interment afterwards in Loughmore Cemetery.
