R.I.P. Mrs Shanahan. She was a lady to her core, beautiful inside and out. There are many men walking around this world today who were influenced not only by her teaching, but by the love she showed to each and everyone of us as we passed through her hands in Scoil Ailbe.
To her family, especially Denis, Susan and Richard, her brother Jim and sister Bree, I offer my humblest and sincerest condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Mrs Shanahan, Mary, May you rest in eternal peace with Dick. May god take your hand and lead you to your rightful place in heaven. Godspeed wonderful lady.x
RIP Mary Shanahan. Lovely person and a great teacher in Scoil Ailbe. Left a great impression on me as a past student & all who knew her. Huge sad loss to Thurles Town & surrounds.
