The August 16th Annual Trip To Tipp
The 16th annual Trip to Tipp weekend of cycling in aid of the National Council for the Blind of Ireland takes place on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th of August 2011. Cyclist Sean Kelly will be joining participating cyclists on this fun weekend.
Cost of entry to this event is just €50 which can be raised through sponsorship or a personal donation.Refreshments, T- Shirt and Certificate are given to all persons taking part.
Note: In the interests of health and safety, all cyclists must wear Cycling Helmets.
Showers are available afterwards in the Anner Hotel‘s Leisure Centre.

Thanks for publicising this very worthy event. Great credit is due to local Thurles man Billy Shanahan and his daughter Katriona who put a huge amount of work into organising this every year. There are distances for all standards of cycling and it is very well organised and marshalled. I’m looking forward to meeting the legendary Sean Kelly on the day!
