Visitors to the Shannon Region this Summer are invited to enter their holiday snaps in a competition with the chance to win a whopping €1,000 cash prize! So, dust those camera’s down and start snapping! Question: Where is the Shannon Region?
Answer: The Shannon Region of Ireland consists of counties CLARE, LIMERICK, NORTH TIPPERARY and SOUTH OFFALY
The competition will run until September 15th 2009 and the winner will be contacted by email before September 30th 2009.
Shannon Development reserve the right to use any photographs submitted for the Summer Snaps competition for future promotion of the region. Photographs submitted 
for this competition must be taken in the Shannon Region and a good idea would be to attach a short note detailing how, where and when your photo was taken.
A selection of your photographs will feature later on www.ShortBreaksIreland.ie from approximately October 1st, 2009.
Helpful Tip: Visit North Tipperary and discover a real hidden Ireland. Surprisingly few photo’s appear to exist, capturing this area’s sheer natural beauty, history, architecture and magnificent landscapes.
